学生の皆さんへ
生成AIは、社会に広く浸透し、今や日常の学習や生活に欠かせないツールとなっています。生成AIの急速な進化によって利便性が高まる一方で、生成AIへの過度な依存は「自ら考え、学ぶ機会」を奪い、皆さん自身の成長や信頼を損なうリスクも孕んでいます。
本学では、皆さんが学業や研究において生成AIを有効かつ安全に活用できるよう、これまでのガイドラインの内容を一部改定しました。生成AIを利用するにあたっては、改定されたガイドラインを必ず確認し、一人ひとりが責任感を持って賢明な判断を下せるようになることを願っています。
なお、大学の授業や研究以外の場面での利用にあたっても、本ガイドラインに書かれた内容を参考にしてください。
■ 本学で利用できる（対象となる）生成AIツール
本学での学業や研究においては、セキュリティやデータ保護（入力したデータがAIの学習に利用されない環境）の観点から、原則として以下の指定ツールを、大学のアカウントでログインして利用してください。

Google Gemini
NotebookLM

・ 禁止事項
・ 一般的な注意事項など
■ 利用上の重要な注意点
上記の指定ツールは、必ず大学から提供されているアカウントでログインして利用してください。機密情報や個人情報は絶対に入力しないでください。
授業によっては、担当教員の指示により利用できる範囲が制限される場合があります。必ず各授業の指示に従ってください。

Generative AI has spread widely in society and has become an indispensable tool for everyday learning and life. While the rapid evolution of generative AI has made it more convenient, excessive reliance on generative AI has the risk of depriving you of "Opportunity to think and learn for oneself" and damaging your own growth and trust.
OMU has partially revised the previous guidelines so that you can use generative AI effectively and safely in your studies and research. We hope that you will be able to read the revised guidelines before using generative AI and make wise decisions with a sense of responsibility.
Please also refer to the contents of these guidelines when using generative AI in situations other than university classes and research.

As a general rule, from the perspective of security and data protection (an environment where input data is not used for AI learning), please use the following designated tools by logging in with your university account.
